Assembling the Shrimp Puff Pastry

Remove dough from the fridge and shape dough into 2 dozen 1-inch balls. Place each in a paper-lined or greased miniature (1 ¾”-inch) muffin cup. Press dough on bottom and sides of each cup.

Alternatively, to get the scalloped edge on the mini pastries, remove the dough from the fridge and roll out.

    1. Hi Heidi.
They are better warm but can be at room temp. If you aren’t planning on serving right away we actually like them cooler, out of the fridge.
      Hope that helps!

  1. Hi Judine,
Can you make the shrimp a few hour ahead and heat it up before serving. The puff pastries as well can they be reheated?
