What Are The Best Pototes To Use For Frying?

When it comes to making fried potatoes, the type of potato you use can make all the difference. While any potato can be fried, certain varieties work better than others.

Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes are good choices. These types of potatoes have a higher starch content and a lower water content, which makes them perfect for frying. They also have a nice crispy texture when fried and hold their shape well.
