Making a simple deli tray can have a big impact. Not only can the cold cuts and cheese be purchased well in advance of your gathering but also, with a little bit of creativity, they can be displayed beautifully on a large serving platter. Guests will enjoy the variety of meat and cheese options to choose from and you’ll love the ease in which it can be prepared.

Storing and Serving the Deli Tray

After assembling the deli tray cover it tightly with plastic wrap or a reusable food wrap such as beeswax food wrap or soy wax wrap until guests arrive. Before serving, place toothpicks throughout for guests to pick up each helping of meat and cheese.
