The Beauty of Pan Searing

Pan searing is a cooking technique that involves quickly cooking food at high heat in a skillet or pan. It’s a popular method for cooking chicken because it results in crispy and golden brown exterior while keeping the meat tender and juicy on the inside.

The key to achieving this delicious combination is using the right amount of oil, preheating your pan properly, and not overcrowding the pan. Pan searing also allows for the addition of flavorful herbs and spices to the dish, making it a versatile cooking method that can be used for various types of chicken dishes.
