  • 1 med sized red onion, chopped
  • 1 med sized white onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Add whole potatoes (with skin on) into a pot of 2 liters of water with salt.
  • Bring to a boil. 
  • Cook for 25 minutes or when a fork can pierce through the potatoes. 
  • Drain and let it cool. 
  • Peel and cut into cubes.
  • In a frying pan, add 2 tbsp of butter with chopped onion. 
  • Mix together and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until flavor is released. 
  • Add cubed potatoes and salt and pepper and paprika and cook all together for 5 minutes.
