Why Is My Marble Cake Dry?

If you find that your marble cake is dry, there may be a few reasons behind it. One common culprit is over-mixing the batter. Using an electric mixer can lead to over-mixing, resulting in a dense and dry texture. Also, If you accidentally add too much flour, it can absorb more moisture from the batter, leading to a drier cake. Lastly, over-baking can also cause a cake to become dry. Every oven is different, so it’s important to keep a close eye on your cake towards the end of the baking time.
