One of our ultimate favourite summer cocktails is a Peach Bellini. It’s our go-to summer drink recipe whenever we’re hosting a small party (or even those rare date-nights in).

It can be prepared in advance and served as the guests arrive. On a hot summer day, there’s not much better than sitting back and relaxing with a cold refreshing glass. And if you are not much of a barmaid or mixologist like ourselves, you’ll appreciate how easy and simple this recipe is. With only two main ingredients, you really can’t go wrong. Really.

For a tasty, colourful and festive alternative, try our layered peppermint shooter!

Oh wow, you just totally made my night! Wine, peaches, strawberries…I think I love you! Your photos are fantastic for this as well. I know they aren’t the focus, but I really love those accent flowers, what are they? The colors are perfect for the post. Anyway, before I get side tracked too much, thank you, again, for linking up with the Sunshine Life link up. I love the creativity you are sharing each week. Absolutely fabulous 😉

Thank you so much Mary! The only thing missing was the chocolate 🙂
The flowers are called dahlias. They grow in so many gorgeous colours. Here’s one of our other ones: https://goo.gl/LQsS29.

I was wondering if those were dahlias. I tried to grow them once and failed miserably, lol. Let’s just say I’m not known for my green thumb! Also chocolate is delicious. Especially dark chocolate. Mmmmmmm.
