Preparing a roasted turkey doesn’t have to feel intimidating. Follow this simple recipe for making a moist and delicious traditional oven-roasted turkey breast main dish.
Flavorful Roast Turkey Breast
With the holidays around the corner, it’s looking as though our traditional large family get together will need to be postponed. That being said, I want to keep up as many traditions as I possibly can mostly for my daughter’s sake.
Making and enjoying traditional roast turkey along with delicious creamy garlic mashed potates, steamed cauliflower, a mixed green salad and homemade white bread are one of those traditions we look forward to.
Since preparing a whole turkey is too much for my small family of three, I will instead prepare a roast turkey breast for us to enjoy over the holidays. It also makes a really good leftover meal, one that can be used to make a hearty rice and peas dish or prepared in a cheesy cannelonni.
