Marble Cake Recipe with Red Currants
Equipment
- 9×13 pan
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups currants fresh or frozen mixed with 3 tbsp cream of wheat
- 1 cup almond slivers or chopped
Instructions
- Beat eggs with salt on high speed for 7 minutes.
- Add sugar slowly and keep mixing.
- Add oil and vanilla sugar.
- Continue mixing.
- In a separate bowl, combine baking powder and flour.
