Delicious Bacon-Wrapped Scallops Recipe
Given the price of scallops at the grocery store these days, preparing them tends to be reserved for special occasions and holiday gatherings. However, this recipe is so easy that we should treat ourselves to a weeknight dinner of buttery oven-baked scallops wrapped in crispy bacon more often!
Seafood in general, such as our shrimp puff pastry and garlic shrimp scampi are dishes I would love to prepare more often but appreciate them all that much more on those special occasions.
