Fun with Sprinkles Halloween Cookies

What is it about kids and sprinkles? It seems there is never enough sprinkles to go around until of course, we made these tasty Halloween cookies fully loaded with colorful sprinkles.

Halloween-Themed Sugar Cookies

No matter the occasion, kids seem to love sugar cookies and are thrilled with the sweet treat. Although you can easily change out the Halloween sprinkles for different ones during another holiday and party, these are a real hit at this time of year.

Ingredients Needed

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, soft
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Halloween sprinkles

How to Make Sprinkles Halloween Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with a silicone baking mat

Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until combined

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop some dough and drop dollop into the sprinkles

Coat the dough in the sprinkles then place onto the cookie sheet

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until firm around the edges

    I have sooo many sprinkles left over from a birthday party and found this recipe by accident. It’s such a good cookie recipe and the kids loved the sprinkles.
