Stovetop Potato and Onion Recipe
A tasty potato with onions recipe made simply on the stovetop.

- 8 medium sized potatoes yukon gold
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 med sized red onion chopped
- 1 med sized white onion chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- ΒΌ tsp paprika
Add whole potatoes (with skin on) into a pot of 2 liters of water with salt.
Bring to a boil.
Cook for 25 minutes or when a fork can pierce through the potatoes.
Drain and let it cool.
Peel and cut into cubes or wedges.
In a large frying pan, add 2 tbsp of butter with chopped onion.
Mix together and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until flavor is released.
Add cubed potatoes and salt and pepper and paprika and cook all together for 5 minutes.
