Savoy Cabbage Salad Recipe
Savoy cabbage salad is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a quick lunch, potluck, or dinner party.

- ½ head savoy cabbage chopped
- ½ red onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup Pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup walnuts chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins or 1 tbsp raspberry or red currant jam for dressing. Optional for added sweetness
Chop the cabbage and sprinkle it with salt.
Mix altogether by hand and let it sit for 10 minutes to help soften the cabbage.
Combine apple cider and oil in a small bowl.
Pour over cabbage and add pepper, red onion, pumpkin seeds and walnuts.
