Ingredients

  • 3 medium sized potatoes cut into cubes
  • ½ med savoy cabbage chopped into cubes
  • 1 tsp salt divided
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped

Instructions

  • Add potatoes and cabbage to boiling water.

  • Saute onion and garlic and a pinch of salt for 2 minutes to release the flavors.
  • Add the cooked potatoes and cabbage to the pot. Add black pepper and paprika.
  • Mix together and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • If it appears to dry and sticks to the bottom, add 1 cup of boiled water.
