- 4-5 potatoes medium/large
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- cooking onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking iil vegetabe or canola
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Finely grate potatoes and drain any liquid.
Combine the eggs, flour, baking powder, onion, salt and pepper and potatoes in a bowl and mix together (if the mixture looks runny, add more flour).
