Pan Seared Chicken Strips Recipe

- 2 chicken breast cut 2-3 pieces lengthwise
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3-5 tbsp butter or margarine
Cut 2-3 pieces lengthwise.
Add butter in pan and melt over medium heat.
Combine seasonings and sprinkle over top of cut chicken breast.
When butter melted in the pan, add the chicken strips.
Cook on each side until the color turns golden. Ensure to cook for several minutes on each side.
No more than 20 minutes in total cooking time.
Remove from the pan and place on a serving platter and garnish with parsley.
