Pan Seared Chicken Strips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast cut 2-3 pieces lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3-5 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions

  • Cut 2-3 pieces lengthwise.
  • Add butter in pan and melt over medium heat.
  • Combine seasonings and sprinkle over top of cut chicken breast.
  • When butter melted in the pan, add the chicken strips.
  • Cook on each side until the color turns golden. Ensure to cook for several minutes on each side.
  • No more than 20 minutes in total cooking time.
  • Remove from the pan and place on a serving platter and garnish with parsley.
