5cupstomato juice or 1 can tomato paste with 5 cups water
Instructions
Combine flour with minced garlic in a medium sized bowl.
Add the cut pieces of steak and coat with flour/garlic mixture.
Transfer coated steak to a medium sized cooking pot with preheated vegetable oil.
Saute meat for 7 minutes.
Add the tomato juice to the pot and continue cooking for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. The tomato sauce will thicken.
Remove from the stove and serve alongside cooked pasta or spaghetti.
Notes
If you use uncooked steak, follow the same process but cook for at least 1 hour stirring occasionally until meat is cooked through. If the sauce thickens too much, add more water or tomato juice.
