Cook package of bacon as instructed.
Let cool and break bacon into small pieces.
Roll out dough and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush dough 2-3 tbsp with vegetable oil.
Cut onions, finely chopped.
Add 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
Cut 1 red pepper, finely chopped.
Slice zucchinis with skin on.
Slice zucchinis and sprinkle with salt and put aside. If excess juices, squeeze the zucchini to reduce juices.
In the meantime, saute onion in a frying pan for 2 minutes to release the flavors. Add red pepper and continue to saute for 7 minutes.
Add zucchini to rolled out pizza dough.
Then add the sauteed vegetables.
Top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese (¼ cup).
Add bacon pieces.
Bake for 30 minutes at 370F.
