Festive Nutella Cake Pops Recipe

These festive Nutella cake pops bite-sized treats are not only adorable but also packed with the rich and creamy flavor of Nutella.

  • Beat egg whites until shape forms a peak. Put aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat 3 egg yolks until fluffy, then add sugars, vanilla and oil. Continue mixing. Add sugars slowly spoon by spoon.
  • Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  • Alternating between milk and flour mixture, add to egg yolk mixture.
  • Fold in egg whites.
  • Pour into baking pan and bake for 340F for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and cool completely.
  • Break into small pieces.
  • Coat with Nutella mixture: 6 tbsp Nutella and 5 tbsp warm milk
  • Combine together and place in fridge to cool.

Melting the Chocolate

  • For melted white chocolate, add to a double broiler with a bit of oil.
  • For dark chocolate, melt with a bit of butter.
  • Form dough into balls and dip into melted white chocolate or dark chocolate and add sprinkles.
