Salt the salmon fillet ahead of time, at minimum 2 hours or overnight in fridge.
Add 2 tbsp butter in pan.
Place salmon fillets skin down in pan. Cook on med heat for 10 min.
In meantime, chop 3 cloves garlic.
Flip salmon over.
Peel off skin.
Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and salt.
Add sliced lemons around the salmon in pan.
Reduce to low heat. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Flip salmon again and cook additional 5 to 7 min, depending on thickness.
