Easy One Pot Spaghetti Pasta Recipe

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup spaghetti
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cups water
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp thyme fresh or dried
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped fresh or dried
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Using a large cooking pot, sauté 1 lb of ground beef for 10 minutes.
Add 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic along with a salt, pepper, thyme and parsley.
Mix on top of stove for 30 minutes on medium heat
Add 3 cups tomato sauce
Add 3 cups water
Add 1/4 cup of pasta, broken in half, into the pot.
Cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is fulled cooked.
If it appears too dry before cooking time is complete, add another cup of tomato sauce.
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and shredded fresh parsley.
