Easy One Pot Spaghetti Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped fresh or dried
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  • Using a large cooking pot, sauté 1 lb of ground beef for 10 minutes.
  • Add 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic along with a salt, pepper, thyme and parsley.
  • Mix on top of stove for 30 minutes on medium heat
  • Add 3 cups tomato sauce
  • Add 3 cups water
  • Add 1/4 cup of pasta, broken in half, into the pot.
  • Cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is fulled cooked.
  • If it appears too dry before cooking time is complete, add another cup of tomato sauce.
  • Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and shredded fresh parsley.
