Easy Hashbrown Strudel with Filo Pastry

Ingredients

  • Filo pastry
  • 3 cups hashbrown
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil divided

Instructions

  • Mix salt and oil together.
  • Lay filo pastry and sprinkle with oil and salt mixture.
  • Lay another filo pastry on top and again sprinkle with more of the salt mixture.
  • In a bowl, combine 3 cups hashbrowns, 1 tbsp of oil and remaining salt mixture.
  • Layer hashbrown mixture along full length of one side of the filo pastry.
  • Begin rolling into a strudel shape on side of hashbrown.
  • Move strudel to lightly greased pan.
  • Bake 390F for 25 to 30 minutes.
