Whoever said that eating healthy can’t be delicious has clearly never tried roasted cabbage! This versatile vegetable is often overlooked, but it’s packed with nutrients and when cooked just right, it becomes a crispy and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
½Flat head cabbage
1tspsalt
½tsppepper
2-3tbspoil
1tspseasoning
Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Slice the cabbage in half and then continue slicing into ½” thick portions.
Lay on top of parchment paper.
Combine salt, pepper and remaining olive oil in a small bowl and then brush the mixture over top of the cabbage.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or other favorite seasonings such as Vegeta.
Bake at 370F for 30 minutes.
Notes
If using regular cabbage instead of flat head cabbage, it will take longer cooking time.
