Easy and Delicious Beet Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 large beets
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Wash beets.
  • Cover in water and cook till fork can pierce through (about half an hour).
  • Strain water and let beets cool down.
  • Peel and then cut in small pieces about 1” in size.
  • In a separate bowl, mix apple sider vinegar, salt, pepper,garlic, sugar and oil. Pour over the beats and mix together.
  • Serve.
