Easy and Delicious Beet Salad Recipe

- 10 large beets
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
Wash beets.
Cover in water and cook till fork can pierce through (about half an hour).
Strain water and let beets cool down.
Peel and then cut in small pieces about 1” in size.
In a separate bowl, mix apple sider vinegar, salt, pepper,garlic, sugar and oil. Pour over the beats and mix together.
Serve.
