Delicious Tender Pork Shoulder Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder ribs - divided into 2
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika flakes or powder
  • 2 med sized baking onions sliced into wedges

Instructions

  • Rub salt and pepper, and paprika all over the meat.
  • Make cuts into the meat and insert onion wedges into the slices.
  • Leave it to marinate for several hours, preferably overnight.
  • Preheat oven 370F.
  • Place into a roasting pan. Add 1 cup of water.
  • Bake covered for 2 hours.
  • Uncover for the last hour and add more water in the pan if needed.
  • If desired, add salted potato wedges (or sweet potatoes) in the pan circling the pork shoulder to cook fully with the meat.
