Delicious and Nutritious Dandelion Salad Recipe

- 4 cups dandelion greens
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ pumpkin seeds or almond slivers
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Chop them in half or in quarters. Wash well and strain.
Add salt and mix together with your hands to coat thoroughly. Leave it to marinade for 10 minutes.
Add all ingredients and mix together.
Serve and enjoy!
