Dough
- Refer to the strudel pastry recipe.
- 3 sheets of filo pastry
Filling
- 1 container cottage cheese approx 350ml, soft
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Mix all together by hand.
Spread the filling over the top of the greased dough, on the side closest to you, about ΒΌ of the pastry covered.
Transfer to a greased pan.
Bake 390F for 23 minutes and check if golden color. Place on middle rack (all baked goods).
Can sprinkle powdered sugar on top if it is not sweet enough.
