- Ground beef
- 4-5 Potatoes cubed
- 1 Onion diced
- 1-2 Carrots chopped
- 1 Celery stick chopped
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup Tomato juice
- 2-3 dashes Hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
- 2 cans Pork and Beans
- 1 can Kidney beans strained
Fry ground beef with chopped onion– strain grease
Cut 4-5 potatoes into cubes
Cut 1-2 carrots into small pieces
Cut 1 stick of celery into small pieces
Add above into crock pot
Add can of stewed tomatoes into crock pot
Add tomato juice
Add 2-3 dashes of hot sauce and tabasco sauce
Cook on high for 5 hours
Cook additional time on medium heat or until potatoes are soft
Add two cans of pork and beans
Add can of kidney beans
