- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 6-8 pineapple rings in syrup
- 1 banana
- 10 strawberries
- 1 orange
- 1 tangerine
- 12 pink grapes
- Kiwi
- Mint to serve
Refrigerate the fruit and berries in advance. Soak the pineapple rings from the syrup and cut into sectors. Peel the banana and cut into elongated circles on a serving board in the shape of an owl's torso. Cut 2 equal circles from the orange into finger-thick circles and remove the pips. Prepare a serving board. Place the owl's eyes from the orange. Add the strawberry beak and blueberry pupils. Form the body of the bird from the pineapple and banana.
Using a shaped paring knife, cut off a portion of the raw kiwi. Divide this part in half. The paws are ready.
Chop the pink grapes into circles and arrange around the eyes. Make a border of blueberries around the carcass. Arrange strawberry ears.
Cut the strawberries into 3-4 pieces, cut the tangerine into slices. Form fancy owl wings.
