Combine yeast, sugar and warm milk in a small cup and let it sit for 7minutes.
Combine flour and 1 tsp salt form dough. Mix together using a dough hook for 7-10 minutes.
If dough appears too soft and sticky, add a bit more flour. Needs to be a firmer dough, more like a pizza dough consistency.
Cover the bowl with a tea towel and leave it covered for 30 minutes until the dough is double its size.
Roll dough out to 1” thick on a floured surface.
Cut into 2”x2” squares and then roll squares into small balls.
Combine melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp together in a small bowl. Dip balls into sugar mixture to coat.
Grease bundt cake pan. Place balls into a bundt pan one at a time, layering until all the pieces are in the pan.
Bake at 360F for 25 minutes.
When just about ready, boil 1 cup water and add 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Remove the pan from the oven and pour water / sugar mixture over top.
Place back in the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Cover with clean cloth for 10 minutes.
Turn the pan upside down to remove from the pan.
When cool completely, pour the glaze over top (1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp milk).
Serve and enjoy.
