- 18 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 avocado ripe
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 6 seedless olives
- 3 mini mozzarella cheese
- 2 grapes red
- 2-3 slices of semi-hard cheese

- Black sesame seeds to imitate the dots on the ladybugs
Cut 9 circles of semi-hard cheese the diameter of a cracker. Use the leftovers to form florets to serve.
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mashed potato with a fork until mashed. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Place cheese on each cracker and cover with a second cracker. Cut mini mozzarella cheese into petals and place them around a piece of grape in the center of the cracker to form a flower.
Repeat forming the base of the appetizer. Place the avocado puree on the top cracker. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place each half on top of the avocado mixture cut side down. Cut the olives in half - use one half to make the “head” of the ladybug. Brush the cherries with olive oil and use a toothpick to apply drops of black sesame seeds to imitate ladybug spots.
Place the appetizer on a plate. Garnish the plate with fresh mint or basil leaves. You can add decorative flowers cut out of cheese. A real summer dream meadow is ready! Serve the appetizer immediately after cooking to keep the crackers crispy.
