Garlic Brussel Sprouts Recipe
This sauteed garlic brussel sprouts recipe transforms these miniature cabbages into an irresistable dish, leaving you to ask for seconds.

- 4 cups Brussel sprouts
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Wash and rinse brussel sprouts.
Add to pot of boiling water.
Cook for 10 minutes and drain water.
When brussel sprouts cooked, preheat oil and melt butter in frying pan.
Sauté garlic just until golden.
Add brussel sprouts. Mix all together and then serve.
