Garlic Brussel Sprouts Recipe

This sauteed garlic brussel sprouts recipe transforms these miniature cabbages into an irresistable dish, leaving you to ask for seconds.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brussel sprouts
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse brussel sprouts.
  • Add to pot of boiling water.
  • Cook for 10 minutes and drain water.
  • When brussel sprouts cooked, preheat oil and melt butter in frying pan.
  • Sauté garlic just until golden.
  • Add brussel sprouts. Mix all together and then serve.
