Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 mandarins
  • 1-2 kiwi
  • 7-8 small strawberries
  • some dark blue grapes.

Instructions

  • To make sure the grapefruit is not bitter, be sure to remove the peel and septum of the fruit. To do this, cut off the edges with a sharp knife and cut a circle about 2/3 inch thick. Make an incision toward the center and unfold the circle. Cut off the septum connection, separate the grapefruit pulp and cut it off with a sharp knife. Blot the fruit pulp in a towel to remove excess juice.
  • Cut off the ends of the apple. You will need two solid ΒΌ-inch thick slices. Cut off the parts that don't have the core. Using a cookie cutter, form two bunnies and spray them with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
  • Start assembling the board. Place a strip of strawberries in the center. Cut the orange in half and remove the pips. Slice the orange halves into thin half circles.
  • Place a strip of grapefruit slices on top of the strawberries. Behind the grapefruit, arrange the orange halves. Reduce the length of the strips to get an oval composition. Arrange the dark blue grapes. Peel the kiwi with a vegetable peeler and cut in half. Slice some of the kiwi into half circles and lay out in waves down from the strawberries. Peel the tangerines and arrange at the very bottom of the board. Arrange the kiwi cubes on top of the board.
  • Make a rim of sliced bananas and arrange Easter bunnies on the tangerines. Your board is ready! Serve it with dipping sauces based on yogurt and vanilla or honey and lemon juice. Try organizing a chocolate fountain so each guest can dip their portion of fruits and berries into hot chocolate. Happy Easter!
