Cut chicken breast into 2-3 pieces (depending on the size of the chicken breast).
Gently hammer chicken breast pieces on a cutting board with a meat tenderizer. Turn and hammer the other side.
Add a pinch of salt and Vegeta (or your favorite seasoning mix) to each side.
Scramble 1 egg in a small bowl.
Mix equal parts bread crumbs with flour.
Add a thin layer of oil to the frying pan. Preheat oil on medium. Add a touch of flour to the oil, if it sizzles, the oil is ready. Do not over heat the oil.
Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into flour mixture. Coat all sides.
Transfer to the pan.
Cook the first side for 5 minutes.
Turn the pieces and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy.
