Cream Cheese Caramel Dip for Apples

Ingredients

heavy cream

vanilla extract

light brown sugar

caramel sauce

cream cheese

caramel sauce and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
Add cream cheese and brown sugar to the bowl of an electric mixer, and beat until creamy.
Using a rubber spatula, put the cream cheese/brown sugar mixture into a separate small bowl. Set aside.
Add heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl of the electric mixture and beat for about two minutes, or until stiff.
Pour the caramel into the whipped cream and mix well.
Add cream cheese mixture back into the mixing bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
Store in refrigerator.
Notes
Pairs well with apple slices and graham crackers.
