Cream Cheese Caramel Dip for Apples

A delicious cream cheese caramel dip recipe that pairs perfectly with crisp apples or your favorite graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 4 oz. cream cheese room temp
  • caramel sauce and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese and brown sugar to the bowl of an electric mixer, and beat until creamy.
  • Using a rubber spatula, put the cream cheese/brown sugar mixture into a separate small bowl. Set aside.
  • Add heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl of the electric mixture and beat for about two minutes, or until stiff.
  • Pour the caramel into the whipped cream and mix well.
  • Add cream cheese mixture back into the mixing bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in refrigerator.

Notes

Pairs well with apple slices and graham crackers.
