Blondie Brownies Recipe with Frosting
This blondie brownies recipe with frosting strike the perfect balance between chewy and soft, with that signature butterscotch flavor.

- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ cups flour all purpose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together in one bowl in the order shown.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9x9 pan.
Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove and let cool completely.
Mix frosting ingredients together in a small bowl until soft and creamy.
Spread over top of blondies.
Cut into squares and serve.
