Best Ever Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 baguettes
  • 4 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized red onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Basil fresh and torn in pieces by hand
  • Parsley fresh and chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil divided
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Combine all bruschetta ingredients (tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, basil and parsley) in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix together.
  • Slice bread loaf into ½”-¾” thick slices and place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Brush slices with olive oil and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and add the bruschetta topping. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • Place back in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve.
