Best Ever Bruschetta Recipe

- 2 baguettes
- 4 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 medium sized red onion finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Basil fresh and torn in pieces by hand
- Parsley fresh and chopped
- ¼ cup Olive Oil divided
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Combine all bruschetta ingredients (tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, basil and parsley) in a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix together.
Slice bread loaf into ½”-¾” thick slices and place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush slices with olive oil and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the bruschetta topping. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Place back in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Serve.
