Delicious and Easy Garlic Sausage Recipe

Equipment

  • non stick skillet

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic pork sausage links fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup white wine

Instructions

  • Cut the fresh garlic sausage links into quarters.
  • Place the sausage into a non stick skillet with 2 cups of water (or enough to submerge the sausage fully).
  • Cook on medium-high heat flipping occasionally.
  • After water is evaporated add 2 tablespoons of oil and continue cooking to brown the sausage. Continue to flip occasionally.
  • Once sausage is browned, add ½ to 1 cup white wine and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.

Notes

If you are using regular pork sausage, add 2 cloves of minced garlic during the second last step (after water has evaporated).
