Ingredients

  • ¼ finely shredded red cabbage
  • ½ cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or balsamic
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil or light olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Shred cabbage.
  • Add salt, mix together and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, then pepper and remaining ingredients.
  • Mix and serve.
