Ground Beef and Potato Casserole

- ½ kg ground beef
- 2 1/4 cups white potatoes sliced
- ½ cup chopped onions or 2 tbsp minced onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice or tomato soup
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook ground beef and onions in frying pan for 5-8 minutes or until cooked fully.
Put into a casserole dish.
Slice potatoes and place over top of the ground beef.
Add a dash of salt and pepper.
Pour tomato juice over top.
Cover casserole dish with lid.
Bake in oven at 350F for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft and can easily pierce through with knife.
