In a mixer, mix together flour, salt, and butter.
Separately, combine ¾ cups warm milk, yeast and sugar in a small bowl and let it rest for 5-10 minutes until it rises.
Add the yeast mixture and 1 cup of warm milk to the flour mixture. Continue mixing for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove dough from bowl and knead by hand on a clean floured surface for 1 minute.
Cover the dough with a tea towel and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
Divide into 12 pieces and work them into a ball shape as you place them inside a 9”x12” deep dish pan.
Bake in oven at 390F for 30 minutes.
