Mix together the warm milk, sugars and yeast in a small mixing bowl.
Mix together flour, salt and egg in a separate large mixing bowl.
Combine both mixtures together.
Add 1 cup milk and mix until you get a pizza dough consistency (for 7-10 minutes).
Let dough sit for 10 minutes covered then roll out flat on a floured surface.
Prepare filling: mix apples, brown sugar and butter in small bowl.
Spread over top of rolled dough.
Grease pan 9x9.
Begin rolling prepared dough widthwise tightly while stretching the dough out lengthwise gently.
Cut 3-4” thick pieces along the entire length of the rolled dough and place one piece at a time into prepared pan.
Allow the dough to sit in the pan for 10 minutes while covered.
Bake at 375F for 35 minutes or until when golden brown.
Prepare glaze and spread over top when cinnamon buns cool.
