Dehydrated Pear Fruit Roll Up

With only 2-ingredients, this batch of pear fruit roll ups is a must-make food dehydrator recipe.

Equipment

  • Silicone tray
  • Food Dehydrator machine
  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 6-7 bartlett pears
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice from ½ lemon

Instructions

  • Wash, dry and peel and core 6-7 bartlett pears.
  • Place inside a blender to blend until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Should have about 5 cups of blended mix.
  • Place on a silicone tray and into a preheated dehydrator.
  • Dehydrate for 12 hours. Remove when cool and place on a cutting board.
  • Roll and cut with a pizza cutter.
  • Place in the fridge to store.
