Dehydrated Pear Fruit Roll Up

- 6-7 bartlett pears
- 2 tbsp lemon juice from ½ lemon
Wash, dry and peel and core 6-7 bartlett pears.
Place inside a blender to blend until smooth.
Add lemon juice.
Should have about 5 cups of blended mix.
Place on a silicone tray and into a preheated dehydrator.
Dehydrate for 12 hours. Remove when cool and place on a cutting board.
Roll and cut with a pizza cutter.
Place in the fridge to store.
