Fun with Sprinkles Halloween Cookies

It seems there is never enough sprinkles to go around until of course, we made these tasty Halloween cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cups unsalted butter soft
  • 1 cups white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with a silicone baking mat
  • Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until combined
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet
  • Add the Halloween sprinkles to a small bowl
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop some dough and drop dollop into the sprinkles
  • Coat the dough in the sprinkles then place onto the cookie sheet
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until firm around the edges
  • Enjoy!
