Wash and salt the chicken wings.
Place flour and seasoning mixture into a zip lock bag.
Put chicken wings inside, seal and shake together until wings are fully coated.
Heat a deep dish frying pan with oil on medium heat, just enough oil to cover wings.
Once oil is heated up, add one coated wing at a time, shaking off the excess flour mixture.
Place into hot oil and cook for 5 minutes one side and then turn over to cook for another 5 minutes.
To check if the chicken is fully cooked, cut one piece open and if the juices are clear, the chicken is cooked through. Alternatively, you can use a thermometer.
Remove one wing at a time from the hot oil and place it into a bowl lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
