Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb ham
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 cup broth or water

Instructions

  • Roughly chop carrots, potatoes and onions into large pieces - no smaller than 2" each.
  • Place carrots, potatoes, onion and broth into the Instant Pot.
  • Place the ham on top of the carrot mixture.
  • Secure and seal lid. Select "Meat/Stew" setting and set for 5 minutes per pound.
  • Natural release.
