Easy Instant Pot Ham Recipe with Vegetables
Servings: 6 people
- 3-5 lb ham
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 2 cups potatoes chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 cup broth or water
Roughly chop carrots, potatoes and onions into large pieces - no smaller than 2" each.
Place carrots, potatoes, onion and broth into the Instant Pot.
Place the ham on top of the carrot mixture.
Secure and seal lid. Select "Meat/Stew" setting and set for 5 minutes per pound.
